If it’s at auction after theft the title is branded. You can figure out what’s wrong and have keys made, but you’ll never “have yourself a clean track hawk”. The greatly diminished ability to sell maybe acceptable to some….but the yard has to make it worth your while and discount appropriately. Do you want a stolen one with salvage title for 10k….yes please. For 65k….ummm no.

the problem is these cars are ragged the fuck out, its not worth the money, you never know whats up. Its a deal super cheap, but thats about it. These cars are ground to dust by the original owners and then whipped around by the thieves.
