Best way to measure Can of soda: ~50mg small redbull: ~80mg Medium redbull: ~110mg Monster: ~140mg Celsius: ~200mg Reign: ~300mg
The "study with me before 2 finals" dentist lady is going to have a field trip with this one
Don't forget that certain medications and ADHD like conditions can reverse or severely dampen or even severely boost the effects of caffeine
No wonder that girl who is studying last minute as dental student is always so anxious.
When I was in the Navy as a Corpsman during COVID, working at a hospital, my unit ran a quick impromptu study on how much caffeine we were consuming. The unit average was just under 1400 mg per day, my average was 1626 mg per day, our highest consumed 2200 mg per day (2 1000 mg caffeine tablets+ a red bull). 400 is.... a suggestion to many of us.
That’s for people outside college. For people still in college there is no limit go crazy(I have a test tmr) 😭
What I drank in a day with a caffeine addiction (other than water, I had at least 6 bottles a day)- 8:30AM- Coffee 10AM- Alani 12PM (with lunch)- Soda (Mt Dew mostly) 2PM- Chai latte 4-6PM- Two Monsters THIS IS NOT GOOD! To anyone who is like me and struggles with this, try try TRY to get better! To anyone reading this without any prior knowledge, DO NOT DRINK THIS MUCH CAFFEINE! I am working on scaling back, and it's going really well! This is what I have now (still not perfect but I'm getting better) 9AM- Chai latte 12PM (with lunch)- Soda (Mt Dew still) 4PM- Monster This still isn't amazing, but it is SIGNIFICANTLY better than what I was drinking. Good luck to anyone struggling with caffeine, it gets better!!!!
Kay chung‘s level of overdosing on caffiene needs to be studied 😂
The average high school student out here proving the limits of the human body 😂
Caffine puts me to sleep idk how it makes people feel awake
Helps boost concentration. Sounds perfect to have right before an SAT/ACT
Lwky feel like he is speaking from experience 💀😭
ok, ive just recently realized that im LITERALLY IMMUNE to the effects of medication and whatnot that effects my sleep (caffeine, melatonin, etc.) and i can have a LOT without having an effect. the measurements i have recently tested under supervision was 150 mg of melatonin and 650 mg of caffeine. i think im superhuman
just remember guys that if you go down this route, occasionally you'll need to stop for a week or two to reset the receptors in your brain. if you dont you'll need more and more to get the same effect
I remember drinking like 150 mg of caffeine and then I beat the hardest boss in god of war Ragnarok, my heart was beating was so fast and I could hear it beating too. My entire chest was hurting for 2 days straight.
As a person who doesn't drink coffee: I see this as an absolute win
Caffeine is a blessing from God! How would I possibly stay away from it?
Started to drink at 12, normal instant coffee my parents usually brought does nothing and they neither boost concentration, improve memory or reaction time or whatever Drunked about 6 spoonful worth of them and all while it does actually work, it also makes me jittery and gives me a headache (which is solved thanks to paracetamol, though im a little scared to take too much) Oh and also, for some reason, coffee for me can also act as a laxative, so I only took it 1-2 hours in advance before actually using it because I need to be in the shitter when they hit. I sure wish this doesn't have any long-term impact and didn't permanently damage my body :3 (it's been 6 years, I'm cooked)
Yeah, totally needed this that one time in middle school when i drank like 800 mg of caffeine in an hour
