@Truth1561

Watching Trooper Paul was like watching the Titanic hitting the iceberg, putting the ship in reverse and hitting it again. Ouch!

@sweatshirts623

More , I am admiring Karen for being so gracious in face of all the dirt and humiliation they put on her . I also understand why she made so many phone calls to John because I don't like to be played and I prefer a clean break up instead of being played around . Is it a reason to kill someone ? No. It is not .

@AshleyBrianaEve

The gaslighting in those texts…. Being treated poorly then reacting, then being called crazy for reacting. I don’t know if that was supposed to make me think she was crazy but it just made me empathize with her.

@BostonDiMac

Finally - an honest portrayal of John. An apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Look at the behavior of his mother. Death doesn’t give you automatic hero status. These text messages speak volumes (as does the friend who said John called Karen a "babysitter with benefits").

@IpseDixit-o8k

Andrea I’m just so impressed with you! You haven’t even researched this case but as these witnesses testify, you’re able to immediately provide informed commentary & knowledge off-the-cuff. Seriously, you know physics formulas, how surveillance equipment works, how the cell data works , how accident reconstruction should happen, how farmers have surveillance because of meth dealers plus all of the legal intricacies. I ❤️ your channel so much & gain so much knowledge just watching the trial along with you. Thanks so much!

@sunnydrop4100

today the CW shared gaslighting texts by John to what? Explain why Karen was upset she was being ignored again and left rude voicemails? That is their case?

@sundayafternoon6532

The description of the position of JO's arm due to the scratches/ damage sustained is exactly the position his arm would have been defending himself from assault/attack from human or dog

@ccbeaches8605

Any trooper on the stand should be giving full disclosure as to what, if any 😂, information was provided to them directly by trooper proctor

@royhandy8365

Trooper Paul just watched his career as an accident reconstruction expert go up in flames. I wonder if he can figure out where it went wrong.

@danatowne5498

OMG, that first guy just writes the reports and puts what other people say into them. And he seems happy doing so. I hope he's proud of himself. He was GREAT for the defense though!
Never mind Braveheart, this went full "My Cousin Vinny" with the laws of physics ceasing to exist in his analysis. This shows that there did not have to be a giant conspiracy, just a whole LOT of ass covering.

@Mrs.JimMorrison

Is this the trial of Karen Read or Jen McCabe?
These are the outrageous messages between Karen and John? I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed a trial where the State prosecutes the case like the Defense.

@LawNerdAmber

I saved this for after work when I can watch with a mega pint of wine.

@kitcarsoncarson615

I was just over the top today on your channel. Thank you for all the fun you allow us to have here. You make it too interesting. Just when you thought it was winding down someone says on the witness stand, kill me? Really? Wow! What a great day, Andrea. See you guys tomorrow.

@bluezauza

I find that that whole group of people have a very misogynistic view on women. It's probably cultural, even the women are very nasty to each other and jealous of each other. JO behaved just like Proctor and all the other troopers showed us on their chats.If this was about someone else he would also be there on chats saying the same crap about that woman. He was a stand up man for his family, not many people step up to raise 2 kids, but he was also one of them with the same cultural flaws and mentality.
 I recognize that behaviour on my daily life because it is pretty much the same culture of my generation in my own country. I am 58 years old and live in Southern Europe.
And smaller communities tend to have patterned behaviours that are very hard to break, KR was the outsider that grabbed the handsome bachelor so they disliked her for intruding and disrupting their dynamics, she was vocal about the way she was treated and that was a big no no. The other women that testified seem to be strong and opinionated but there are unspoken rules that she broke. The way one of them, i forgot who, said that she was a babysitter with privileges shows the contempt they had for her. The guys are all very manly in front of their group, even in court they all showed a facade of manliness and were arrogant , even a bit threatening. But Jen rules the house, she hated being interrogated by yet another outsider, she absolutely hated having some guy calling out her bs, she is not used to that, same with the Albert daughter.

@heftyhefty_

I love how you answer all questions at the end.

@aglmtc3574

Replay crew! Can’t watch it all but zooming through the commentary. All I have to say is “How are we here?” BTW love your lip color

@DespiteTheLookOnMyFace

JO made up with Karen that evening because he knew he might need a ride home later.

@RxDrSleep

This is why I don’t like the human species at times. Trooper Paul is willing to sit on the stand and blatantly lie and talk about things way out of knowledge base, knowing it could put someone in jail forever! I’ll never understand how people do these things and live with themselves

@meghanmc9372

I love how he made a diagram with the distances of each object measured relative to the position of the body, and then used none of those values to formulate his opinion.

@iliarhyn

Thank you for seeing her side in this relationship! He was typical guy. Answer when he wants her company, & ignore problems when he doesn't want to deal with his problems or his own temper.
SAD, She is being codependent, & low self-esteem, should have walked away sooner herself from being disrespected, & low self-esteem herself. SAD.
