No. Even if the Nazis won World War II, they absolutely aren’t conquering mainland America. The Nazis or no country had the logistics capable to wage a war against a country relatively the same size as the EU that’s an entire ocean away where citizens are armed to the teeth, and one of the most powerful economies in the world.

Even in the most unbelievable positive outcome for Axis, US would never have been occupied by Japan or Germany. What would happen is Germany taking over British Isles and Vanquishing Soviet Russia and complete domination of North Africa. Japan would rule Asia Pacific, major chunk of China & taking Hawai. This outcome is not possible in any scenario

Please note that this is very unlikely even subtracting the part where Germany won, the German and the Axis in general had no need or want to invade the Americas and Japan only attacked the US because they thought they’d have to fight them eventually so they wanted to cripple the US and get foot in Asia

I do not think so, why should the germans and japaneses leave space for 'guerrilla' or insurgents groups?. If Japan and Germany were winners of ww2, their domains would be so huge that they could not control them and they would split in small countries or colonies under the central direction of Germany or Japan.
