1:35 you can skip teh stronghold of security levels because you are a high combat level. That's just how it's always worked. Lvl 3 you'd still have to run through each level

It's always been like that for stronghold, its because of your combat level. every 20 levels of combat allows you to skip a floor maze. so at level 100 you can use the portal for all 5 floors

Alchemaniac makes people use GE less, so you might be stuck at the GE for 30 minutes waiting for your mystic set. Also makes swap rate plummet real quick.
