My head canon is that Mrs exist outside of normal space and time, so she already knows everything the MC was gonna do, what she would do to them, and that she loved them before she even knocked on the door. Every death/ending is just her rewinding time or jumping to another reality that she simultaneously exist in, as part or her weird next level eldritch roleplay kink.
