How to deal a situation where your boss is right behind you while you are operating? For example, something goes bad on a server or a service and you have to find the problem, diagnose and fix it, and sometimes that takes a lot of mental effort and concentration to do, and the boss is breathing in your neck to get the things done. That pressure is very hard to handle (at least in my case). How do you let the boss know that hes being so impatient and watching what you are doing to solve the issue politely? I struggle with this for years now
