To date Labour have done nothing to decrease the cost of living. Things are getting worse. Even higher bills, cuts yet more taxes and more borrowing and housing isn’t going to happen is it. All whilst no grip in sight about immigration. As bad as the Tories were they still did a better job and weren’t as nasty

The world has changed but not that dramatically, and Starmer and his government should be able to budget for a changing world. It's called contingency planning and all respectable organisations do it. That being said, there's time until the next election to make changes and succeed in delivering their manifesto, and that is what this Labour government will be judged on in the end.
