@1:30 debug module from npm @5:45 built in debugger @8:10 node-inspect
Even after install DEBUG globally via npm, I got the following error on windows when I run the command line "DEBUG=express* node server.js",:"'DEBUG' is not recognized as internal command. what should I do
3 ways to debug: 1. using debug module from npm 2. using the built in debugger. 3. using node-inspector module form npm. - this is the best since you can see the call stack and is a debugger GUI based on Developer Tools in chrome. Thanks for the video :)
Is it just me or I can clearly see that its "Debuugging made harder for Nodejs", Please start from a simpler example and show how callstack works and please dont use express, if its node just use plain node first.
very informative
Also visual code is a good editor with built in debugging facilities. And node inspector has its issues post v 6.4
Unable to understand due to audio issues
Are you teaching Node.js or Express? Pick one.
