@valerieblanks

I need this to be expanded into a long-form documentary because watching this was fantastic!

@luvlaneyluv

Andre Leon Talley was the epitome of dandy. It's not just the clothes but posturing as well. I think Andre would have loved this MET gala.

@lindateixeira-reyes36

"People think my mission is to dress young bodies. It's not. My mission is to dress young minds." Dapper Dann. Yall that hit so hard. Thank you for this lovely display of Blackness.

@IrisMartin-iy9mw

ASAP Rocky is THE fly guy.He is soo cool
Lewis Hamilton is the elite Btistish Gentleman
Colman Domingo is pure class, taste and elegance

@melsyoutube

seeing dapper dan get his flowers in this video and in the vogue90s documentary makes me so happy

@angelicataylor90

I love this theme but it's makes me miss Chadwick Boseman he would have been so amazing for this 😭

@dianelipson5420

I am literally crying tears of joy. One grandfather was a textile manufacturer and the other a tailor. I have been bemoaning the loss of tailoring to a pretty raw degree. This is the most beautiful fashion moment I have had the privilege of witnessing in my life time. Tailoring is everything. I am madly in love with this, and everyone commenting here. Bless you all. ❤

@rmcmariusable

I love EVERYTHING about this. Kudos to my daughter Marley Marius Features Editor who interviewed and wrote the Colman Domingo cover story. Job well done by all involved with this beautiful May issue.

@brandonnicholasbaker

This might be the BEST thing Vogue has ever produced!😄

@Between2_worlds

Law Roach heading this issue also makes so much sense because he does study style and fashion history. A true reflection of the Dandy

@Tobstar76

What a gorgeous diverse cast of black people.🤎

@laurynallen5600

I need the coffee table book! So amazing and exciting, exhilarating! Dapper Dan hit it on the nail, stepping into clothes was stepping into a new identity. Defying the status quo. Defying the odds.

@Belle_Ndebeledoll

As a South African, I want to congratulate Vogue and all the collaborators for boldly “coming correct” and celebrating Dandyism and bringing history forward. Everyone looked exceptional, unique, super fine and dandy!

@margaritaWM

My skin is not black, but my soul is full of pride and joy, to see how this must be something to celebrate by all. Black culture has been a pillar of our existence, our society. We should all strive to celebrate and be part of a more diverse community. See difference as richness. I love this documentary!! ❤

@Vesper243

I'm crying this makes me so happy for all the black people before and after. I'm not even black, but the joy and happiness and sincerity in everyones voices just made me incredebly emotional. Thank you for this Vogue, thank to all the creators. You did it! You did!

@ABRACAtabbyRA

11:09 "the reason the universe allowed me through these doors is so I can hold them open for others" literally had me pausing the video it hit so hard. Im in love with this video and so excited for the met gala. best theme yet. so many icons in one video literally overwhelmed me.

@StephaineJackson-z1k

My mom would share stories when our grandparents worked through the week across the tracks in a segregated area. The weekend is when we wore tailored, fine clothes, and we were always dapper, and they didn't feel like second class people. Love this!!!!

@jaysonlove5781

I definitely wanna get this issue when it's available. So proud of my black sisters and brothers. 🙏🏾✊🏾

@Dee_Pee
