DON'T PUT WATER IN A VERY HOT PAN AFTER COOKING!!! As it happens I have the exact same pan you're using, and the label it came with explicitly warns that placing water in it when it's still very hot can cause the base to warp and de-laminate the metals of the base. I always wait until the pan has cooled down a bit before filling the bottom with hot water and letting it soak a bit before washing it.

The stricter you are on carnivore the less you poop. Your body uses the calories far more effectively and has less “waste.”
Butter doesn't have a higher smoking point. You're thinking of ghee, which is clarified butter. The milk solids in butter will burn quite quickly and give a nasty taste, although some people seem to like it.
Breakfast 10 eggs 1 pack of bacon, lunch 500g minced meat. Dinner 5-600g slow cooked chuck roast. Supper 400g fish and 4 eggs. Around 25g butter with each meal.

Use lower heat settings when making fried eggs. Use a lid to keep moisture in and help cook the top of the eggs without flipping. I also like to add some water to the pan when almost done making the eggs so the water vapor speeds up cooking eggs on the top. Give it a try and let me know
I got that exact chuck steak, best way to cook it on carnivore is in the smoker for 1hr on 120°C and only seasoned with salt. Perfection every time

Invest in some good carbon steel or cast iron skillets. Stainless are for sauce making not frying. Good cookwear is no.1 and good well seasoned pans last a lifetime. chefs tip also; fry eggs at lower temp
It's going to cook a bit slower because you aren't steaming it with the lid on, but it will get a better crust.

Hi maxy baby im 6 weeks into carnivore i feel great full of energy losing fat building muscle mentally loads better. The only thing that’s a problem is my sleep I don’t sleep well at all I eat plenty of fat I take electrolytes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thankyou
