F15 has the better avionics package BUT if these 2 planes ever merged and assuming both pilots have a lot of hours flying them, the su35 is more maneuverable especially at slower speeds. The ability to always point the nose and maintain energy is key. F15 probably has a better sustained turn rate but the radius rate of the flanker is more deadly
