That is the 70 million years old Pucalithus sp. from the El Molino Formation in Bolivia. An actual stromatolite yeah but not 3.8 billion years old. There aren’t even 3.8 billion years old stromatolites. Some Banded Iron Formations from those times are sometimes called stromatolites by some sellers, but microbially induced sedimentary structure is more accurate and already kinda pushing it as there’s as of yet not enough evidence for any hypothesis regarding its origins and formation.
