@farhaansaiphy9011

This guy isn't the typical self improvement influencer, but someone who actually gives useful information and motivation.

@AkashSantra-sb1nw

I'm currently 15, as of Jan 2024, will turn 16 in 4 months, and I'm really thankful for your videos.
My story is that I was my class topper and loved studying, learning, and knowing new things. There is a girl in my class whom I consider my academic rival. I chased behind her to reach her level. All this happened for 1 and half years when I realized I had feelings for her. We have a perfect friendship but recently her grades got depleting.

about two months ago I confessed to her, but she rejected me when things got messed up.
I lost focus on my life because what made me who I am today suddenly vanished.

I got addicted to reels, and p***.

I've been trying to change this for a while.

I was ashamed of myself like I even felt that my existence meant nothing for this world.

Watching your videos about how you openly confront your past mistakes on YouTube gave me hope to change.

I'll comment later again after I turn 16 to update you about my life.

Thank you sir, also can I get a reply?

@kowleen

Bro you are honestly the best self improvement youtuber ever. You've opened my eyes in an unimaginable way, right at the moment when I was losing hope in life. Thank you so much.

@ArtisticLoner09

As an autistic teen who’s going through a little harsh times, thank you so much for making this video. I really needed this. You are the G.O.A.T.

@RedExorcist7

Thank you. You saved my life.

@Gracen_15

@yourfavjackednerd

@LiamMacky

I really love what you're doing here Kenny, I didn't know Youtube could be used to help people. I'm glad you understand what it is to be masculine, in our country right now, we've been taught that all masculinity is toxic. But there is good in being a masculine man, it makes you a strong man. The same applies to women, but with femininity.

 I just turned sixteen and whether I'm ready or not, I need to become a man. I now understand that there are weak men and strong men. You really have been an influence. You've helped me understand that I can be better, stronger. You give you're community real advice, useful information, things they can apply, rather than just telling us not to be beta males or something. Keep making videos, you have no idea how helpful they are.

@niixlo2479

Thank you so much for the guide man. I was doing really good with self-improvement last year and then just out of nowhere, I lost it. It only took one minor mistake that took me back to a rabbit hole of bad habits that led me back to a state where I was not proud of myself. I've been living like an NPC for the last few months but now, I know what I need to do now. So thank you again for the guide.

@bahaaelyoussef-2588

I’ve watched multiple self improvement videos,this guy is just an absolute beast explaining and even convincing

@swampyvr1506

@maidyas2250

criminally underrated, sad the algorithm didn’t pick it up… keep it up Ken, uploads quality/value on point👌🏻👊🏻

@AlastairGames

One tip I have is when you relapse on something, just accept it. Don't be too hard on yourself. After all, it's great that you're making this much progress to begin with. And at the end of the day when you're contemplating how it went, see if you can notice the exact impulses/feelings/thoughts that led to these events occurring.
This is useful knowledge. We're not perfect, it is likely we'll eventually take 1 step back, but take 2 steps forward again. Learn from your mistakes, even if you don't instantly master them. Then over time you'll become gradually ever more skillful! 😃

@Cosmaniaa

I'm 14 and this was really helpful, I have ADHD and i feel like an npc, i make Ds and Cs in school, didn't have a schedule, don't study, this video helped me make a schedule for every day

@ldempsey1863

Kenny, I found your channel about 8 months ago, and I gotta say you’re quite an awesome dude. The value your content brings to the platform of YouTube is insane. It’s inspired me to take a similar approach with self improvement. Your goal to retire your mom is admirable and that is a solid way to keep yourself accountable as well. I certainly hope 2024 is a huge year for you and your channel!

@BarbarellaSpeaks

This channel is a gem—finally, no fluffy BS advice. Just real talk. 🙌

I know too well the rabbit hole of self-help videos—the illusion of “working on yourself” when you're really just stuck staring at a screen like it’s TikTok in a suit. Self-help addiction is real, folks.

Here’s the brain hack I came up with: instead of binge-watching and feeling productive while doing nothing, I started using the dopamine hit from a good video (especially a long one, like this) to actually do stuff DURING the video.

I’d pause the moment I felt an “urge” (a tiny burst of motivation) and use it to tackle something—10 minutes of video, a little a-ha moment, then boom: I’m in the shower or getting dressed. Back to the video, then it’s vacuum time. Repeat.

It came naturally. Basically, I turned the video into my personal motivation dispenser. Watch a bit, get inspired, do a thing, come back for more dopamine. It’s like tricking my brain into being productive. And as you all know... Starting is always the hardest part. And this little system made starting feel way easier at times when I was down.

Oh, and I also did something simple but surprisingly effective: I assigned zones to my computer.
Computer on the table = self-help mode (with a notebook to jot down the best ideas).
Computer on the desk = work only, no distractions—every "attractive" window gets closed.
Computer on the coffee table = entertainment, pure and simple.
It’s silly, but it worked for me.

@Obama_thegoatngl

Man im in the lowest point in my life thank u ( u save me )
Tmrw is gonna be my first day
Wish me luck

@prodlackyi

im a 15 year old guy, the story about your mom hits close to home, my mom had me at 25, while not as young as 16 its still young and now that my dirtbag of a father left me and my sister and mom about 7 years ago even tho he never really cared abt us i hate to see or hear how much her work is getting to her phisically and mentally, i here vow that i WILL retire my mother before i hit my 20s because everything that me and my sister have... is because of her, i cannot explain the pain i felt when i saw her crying when our landlord told us we have to move out 3 weeks ago and that we have till the end of January. sorry to go off track lmao but yes i need to lock in not just for me, but for her and for our Lord Jesus Christ, i love Jesus even tho i betray him, i also love my mom and sister so much so i WILL make a future for us.

@arne_mh

You've really been a guide for me since me and my gf broke up. Gym has become a habit, I still have to make the rest happen. But I'm definitly getting better every single day.

Thank you!
