You know that scene in ratatouille when the critic eats the food and goes back to his childhood and gets all teary? That's me whenever I hear proof of a hero
Hearing the classic Proof of a Hero again really punches you back to nostalgia..
at 1:27 I suddenly was overwhelmed with nostalgia. The score for Monster Hunter never fails to invoke a strong emotional response from me. It's indescribable. I was 10 years old when I first heard the theme, when I frequently would wake up to my dad playing the first generation game on PS2. For many years I would sit for hours watching him play, only for myself now to play on my own. If he was alive again for even one more hunt, I'd love to play with him. R.I.P. Dad <3 Just one more hunt.
"Crude Humor" they put an extra warning just for Congalala
February 28th is my daughter's 18th birthday, we are both taking the day off to hunt, can not wait.
Certifiable banger of a launch trailer. Interesting choice to feature Mizu as the first title update considering how much time in the spotlight it got in Rise/ Sunbreak
First Proof of a hero in 2025! LETSGOOO WILDSS!
1:56 Here I am, getting all bleary eyed, and bro just rips ass
I've been playing since Monster Hunter Freedom, and I still get chills when I hear proof of a hero. Can't wait to play Wilds!
Hopefully Arch-Tempered Ruiner Destroyer World-Ender Jargras is featured in this game
1:37 the theme NEVER fails to get my hyped af. It's almost here!
I love how they show Hunters getting flung around, farted on and straight up getting knocked around. Being a Hunter is not just about being cool, its about taking hits and dishing out hits.
1:45 that timing with the music scratched a special kind of itch that only Monster Hunter can deliver
That proof of hero boosted my will of life today for approximately 250%
the mid-trailer transition to classic Proof of a Hero feels like a callback to the Ahtal Ka and World Fatalis fights cutting to it in final phase - my heart swells.
FEBRUARY 28TH, WE RIDE
The OG Monster Hunter theme never fails to make me nostalgic & tear up a little. I remember I'm always excited for the weekends because I get to visit my friend's house all day to play Monster Hunter on our PSP together... With a LAN cable!!! Man those were the days
Damn, when the Lance barely flinches when tanking the Gravios beam, something awakens inside me.
Over 15 years I have played Monster Hunter and I still feel a lot of passion and love for it. Thank you Capcom 👌👌👌
