I understand once you land in the US, it can take up to 90 days to receive the green card. But what's the current processing time. I came to California on CR1 visa on June 16. When I check the status online, it says payment received but nothing about card production or shipping? I'm trying to get an understanding whats the approximate time frame everyone's experiencing. Wow. If you don’t want to establish residency, don’t ask for a green card. If you just want to visit, get a visa! As far as waiting time goes, there is waiting on both and expiring date on both…

Hey , my mom’s Green card will expire on 7/31/2025 and she does not live here because of the businesses she run back home . She has my kids as well and will be back in the states by June ending will she be let in the country when she arrives so that she can can renew the Green card.thanks

Hello Kseniya. 07/22/24 was my citizenship interview in Chicago. I answered all Civic questions, reading and writing test. Also all questions yes/no. Officer asked me my driver license, but I told him that I don’t have my driver license with me because it was didn’t mentioned in my appointment letter to bring it. After this interview he told me that he can’t make a decision on my case, he gave me some form and told me that I have to wait a letter from USCIS. Can you please tell me what to expect from this letter? And does it mean that my interview will be denied? Thank you

Hi, thanks for the video, I have a question. When I am in the Form I-130 "Your Beneficiary" section, Additional Information, it asks about "What is the beneficiary's A-Number" referring to the A number of my beneficiary, right? But when I try to type it in it says "This account has alredy been verified with a different A-Number. Why is that error, do I have to type in my A number? Thank you so much.
