Semi-true. He was actually named Vlad Dracul, more famously name Vlad the Impaler due to him impaling criminals and POWs on large stakes. Contrary to popular belive, he was never actually in that castle. Also the tour guide saying Dracula lived in the castle is just marketing. By the way your talking about Bran castle, which is in Brașov, not Bucharest. Hope this helped!
