I've been intermittent fasting for a year now. Went for my yearly labs and was amazed. I brought my glucose readings down to normal. My cholesterol was through the roof. Now it's normal. I've lost 15 lbs. Reached my goal weight of 130 lbs. Lost two pant sizes. After my husband saw the great results he has starting with skipping breakfast. Seeing results on him, he's slimmer but weighs the same. Cannot say enough about fasting.

Watched your YouTube video with Jay Shetty, loved it! So powerful when you stated Drs need to teach instead of prescribe . Hearing you say we as patients need to look at how our lifestyle is impacting our health before turning to prescriptions justified everything I’ve been doing, when my drs have disagreed with me. I was recently diagnosed four months ago with interstitial cystitis, seen two drs, they immediately prescribed me three medications , told me to come back in two months. I went home and decided to not pick up the pills, I decided to completely over haul my life. I am 51 post menopausal, over weight, major sugar addict. Started fasting, walking, within two weeks my bladder pain for first time started easing up. Now two months later, I’ve lost 20 pounds, feeling so much better, cravings are gone, feeling like I can do this . Thank you so much for all you do, I love all the science behind your teaching ! I’m one of those that started doing 36 hour fast for my health and to lose weight. I have trouble getting into ketosis but my glucose is good while fasting, I get a little frustrated but I’m gonna keep going . Thank you so much for your Videos I learn so much from them. Gonna keep going strong 💪🏻

All I can say is it works!! Down 22lbs in 3 months. In just after 1 month had bloodwork done and ALL my numbers are normal. Dropped 55 points in Cholesterol which was my main concern. Me and a coworker in my office started this and we both are seeing amazing results. We switch up the fasting times and it is working. The 10 days before my cycle I was skeptical that I wouldn't gain the weight back, well much to my surprise not a pound. I feel great, have a ton of energy and even started incorporating sourdough into my diet and do not see any gain. I am mainly Keto with fasting. Need to lose about 10 more lbs. Don't give up, I am 51 years old with more energy than my daughters in their 20's haha. I have made it through Thanksgiving and still not a pound next is Christmas and hoping to do the same. Once your body is adaptive even a cheat here or there doesn't matter. This cycling/fasting is truly amazing. Thank you Mindy!!!

I have been watching your videos for a few weeks and have learned so much information. Even as a nurse who is well trained in nutrition and body functions you are teaching me every day. Thank you!!. I just completed my first 36-hour fast. I did need to have two fasted snacks. But otherwise except for the hunger I felt good. No headaches or lethargy. And I was doing okay. I appreciate your guidance on how to go into a fast and how to come out of a fast. I'm very excited to do this more often. Would love to join you for this challenge.
You are helping me so much! I have been intermittent fasting since July and am down 46 pounds! I tried a 36 hour fast and a 48 hour fast and felt so amazing! Had so much energy, my skin was glowing, it was phenomenal. I haven't tried ADF yet. I may try that for a week and see how that goes, but i do love the benefits and results from the 36 and 48 hour fasts. Dr. Mindy, you are amazing. Thank you.
Hi from the UK. I have been doing 36 hour fasting twice a week interspersed with OMAD fasting since September. I have so far lost 28lb and have another 14lb to go to reach my target weight. I love watching your videos for motivation. Thankyou very much.
I can't thank you dr mindy enough I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember ... I came across one of your videos on fasting at the end of August this yr after we had been on holiday & I had gained another 10lbs 😢 so I brought your book fast like a girl & started fasting & I have never looked back my starting weight was 173 lbs & I'm only 5ft 2 and 47 yrs old ..... but after your help I have managed to get down to 154 lbs & still lossing so I am going to give the 2 36hr fast ago looking forward to it 😁
