It's so true, I'll never forget when I was 16 I was so depressed living in a city and I was sent to live in Spain in the mountains where we needed a donkey to carry our shopping from the car to our house. I looked after animals, gardened and spent so much time in nature. That experience healed me.

I don’t need to go to Harvard—I’m getting the best education in the world right here. This was such a special episode. It was so real, so true, and so deeply human. I could have lived a million years without needing to make an association between your guest and Oprah Winfry . She's so much more substantial. She's her own rock she doesn't need to endorse or substanciate herself by adding celebrities to her accolades. I feel so much depth here.

I worked as a crisis counselor in ERs for 33 years. A soft voice instantly brings the level of energy down in a room. Dimmed lights, warm blankets, shifting the sensory experience was essential.

I suffered with anxiety for a decade but this year it stopped. The biggest question I’ve had for the past few months was “why?” And now I know why. Everything she speaks of here is truth. Be kind to yourself. Recognise your pain and move closer to what resonates with you. Stop hiding, embrace yourself and then lend others that same kindness.

I'm listening to this interview for the second time and it's even more powerful this time around. There are so many layers to what she is saying.
