I got RFE for not submitting I-864. Very confusing. I eventually submitted I-864. So miss leading. After research I found USCIS is still expecting I-864 and not the I-864W.

Kseniya, are you seeing mass delays for TPS applicants to get their extension till October 2026? My wife’s parents put it in pretty much right when it became available, and we’re about to get into April (April 19th is when theirs and many others expires), and the USCIS website is telling them a decision is still 7 months out. They’re freaking out because the DMV isn’t willing to renew their temporary licenses until they get the approval letter.

Kseniya, I got the RFP for this. In the RFP uscis is asking for I-864. I have 40 credits and I mentioned in the I-485 part-3- 1.a. So in this situation can I respond with I-864W? stating that I have 40 credits with supporting documents once again?
