Hi, could I apply ONLINE for an I765 if I already sent an I485 form under Cuban Adjustment Act? I'm not pretty sure if I can. The page says C9 Certain Family and Employment Based Adjustment Applicant Under Section 245 can apply online. You know if I fall under this category. Thank you a lot❤

Question in regard to the 3 most revent years for Tax. I filled 2023 & 2024 but the 2022 i didnt work do i heve to put no on question that if i fill the tax for 3 years.? My 2023 i make $65 thousand and 2024 i make $82 thousand. Do i still need a sponsor

Kaeniya, thank you so much for making the video! They are very helpful! I have a question about the household size on the I-864EZ form. I am filing green card for my parents who are currently in the US. By counting myself as the sponsor, my spouse and my three children, it's 5. When I complete the 864EZ form respectively for each of my parents, would the total household size be 6 on each form? I tried to figure out whether the total household size is 6 or 7. I read the USCIS 864 FAQ, it says "A sponsor does not have to include people on other I-864s who have not yet immigrated to the United States.", which seems to confirm that it should be 6. And I could not find the right line in Part 4 to add my other parent to make the total household size as 7 either. Do you know the answer? THANK YOU!
