Here's a simple brownie recipe bc i’m bored : Ingredients: - 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter - 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar - 2 large eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8-inch square baking pan. 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. 3. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract into the melted butter until well combined. 4. In another bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. 5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. 6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. 8. Let the brownies cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
