A subject matter I can relate to. I waited 33 years to say something. I gave names, time, where, and what actually happened. They believed me and I was awarded MST.. Thank you for sharing this video with us.
Great video. I waited 15 years to say anything. I had no evidence but the VA used markers and I was awarded MST in 8 months
I was an E-4 when I came back from Iraq only to be sexually assaulted by a drunk female NCO it was a crazy experience well anyway I filled a claim recently and won 70% be heard file the claim and good luck ๐๐ฝ and thanks for all the help
Thanks for all you are doing.. would like to add that these aren't just women but a lot of men too..but even harder for men to come forward because of the stigma, I was booted out of the Navy for trying to report..please get behind this bill
Filed a claim after 30 years for PTSD/MST, it took 6 months before being awarded 70 percent.
Just watching this brings up bad memories.
Thank you for the valuable information!
Thanks for this video. You will help more people than you think.
All your videos are the best help to me, thank you!
I reported that a male soldier threatened to kill me & my 1st Sergeant told me to go outside & play in the flowers. He was never punished. I felt then that I was on my own. I had to take care of me & protect myself. The military didn't see me as valuable enough to protect!!!
triggering... but thank you so much for this!!
I reported it but unfortunately since it was the company commander, the way I was treated once I reported it made a horrible event into a traumatic experience. Heard from another one of his victims that he got to retire out. Finally after 17yrs filing a claim
Another great video. This will help me significantly.
Thank you for the information.
Thank you for this information ๐
I was denied 4 years ago. I had a lay statement from my barracks roommate. They still denied me. My perpetrator was kicked out.
I have a PTSD MST claim and submitted lay statements. It was a no go. My doctor at the PTSD MST C& P Exam linked it to sleep apnea.. I was denied for sleep apnea also. I did report it but can't get in touch with the office that handles reports!.
Hello sir. I love your channel. Thank you for what you do. I had submitted a form 2910 in 2016 as an unrestricted report. I have all of the proof that the assult occurred and I have symptoms of PTSD. I'm awaiting the VA to assign me a rating. What's the likelihood of me getting approved for compensation?
Very helpful...thank you
