Thank you so much. I'm so happy I found this channel. I need to do this mediation often. My Life have been overwhelmed with negativity for a while. 2022 has been very hard bringing out sad, negative emotions and feelings. I am thankful that I found this guided mediation. It's like you know when I need your amazing videos! I was up till 3:30am finally fell asleep and then woke back up at 5:30am. Haven't been able to go back to sleep. These work every time!
