I have a question about which embassy you end up at. I lived in my home country when I filed the i-130 and of course wrote that down. But then I moved to another country and got residency there. I would rather be interviewed in my home country. Is there a chance they would change it to my current country? If I do nothing is it fine? I wanted to say thank you for this video. Because if for some reason they change my embassy I feel confident I could request my home country. But it would be good to know what to expect!

hi, our case is an ir1 priority date 2022 and our DQ is May 2024 they switched our interview to Abu Dhabi,from Ankara . we are told processing time is much faster if you switch back to Turkey.Ankara. Could you please give us your opinion?

Hello, I just want to ask to you or anyone else here, the section on the USCIS website were they had "Case Progress" It was removed today, I checked on Friday and I had my case in the Step 4, Final decision for greencard, and now you can only see "Documents, Case History,and notices"

Helloooo I have a question, I live in Dominican Republic for 5 years but I’m Venezuelan, in my I-130 form I wrote Santo Domingo which is the capital of that country, to do so is convenient to wait until my I-130 approval or can I do this public inquiry before? I am really afraid to receive my interview in Bogota instead of DR. Also I don’t have residency yet but it was because of fear to affect the US process.
