Hello. For the past 5 years, my husband and I filed taxes separately using our same home address. Should we amend the forms to file together? Will using these forms affect our case negatively? If you had an order of deportation but the case was reopened and the dismissal was granted, you should still answer "Yes" to the question, "Have you ever been in removal proceedings?" in which part can I clarify that i had but it was dismissed

First, I want to sincerely thank you for this excellent video. I really appreciated the clear details you provided. I would like to ask for some advice. My wife crossed the border into the U.S. and was arrested at the border. She applied for asylum while in detention, but her case was denied. Afterward, she was released, but she currently has an unexecuted order of removal. I am a U.S. citizen, and she meets all other basic requirements. Is she still eligible for this program?

🤐🤔 if my i_ 601A is been approved ,should i continue with the visa interview in my home country or apply for the i _131F at the same time? Pick wich comes first maybe? Also some other lawyers are saying that the new PIP dont guarantee the green card is just a work permit for 3 yrs ,also that the cases could end up frozen if is bloke or if is a new adm. And cancel the PIP
