She did so good by starting out by reminding the nominee that she had asked this question before in a closed session, that she had provided him the statute, that he said then that he would consult with a lawyer, and that he has had three weeks to do so. She made it very, very clear that he has no excuse not to be able to answer that question.

WOW, she went almost 2 mins longer than the 5 mins allowed, and wasn't cut off. Everyone there wanted an answer. Really good to see this kind of simple questioning happen, and as expected still no direct answer given. What a SH*T Show this is !! Edit: I'm on the side of E.Warren, she is a fantastic senator. The Chairman also wanted an answer, hence why he gave her almost 2 mins more than just the 5 mins usually allocated. I think she had more questions that she wanted to ask but her time ran out. What probably would have been her next question, "Do you or anyone else within the IRS going to start an audit on Harvard University" ??
