Always pay with a check. G1450 form in itself is fine, but the credit card companies LOVE to flag random transactions as fraud, denying the whole thing and causing lengthy delays.

Hi thank you so much for your helpful videos.🎉 I have a question please❓❓❓ Our i-130 petition got approved by the USCIS so right now we are on our affidavit of support. My wife was in Africa for 10 months and she didn’t end filing her 2021. So her daughter agreed to be the household member to sponsor the applicant but her daughter is married and she files her tax jointly with her husband. So my question is should the household member and the husband(whom she files tax jointly with) both fill out the I-864A form???

I paid i130 online according to debit card. Now I am going to mail i485. May I use check to pay i485 by mail? Some people said that all payment should be the same? hi Kseniya! If we decide to pay by credit card/check for a spouse petition, is it ok if the credit card/check belongs to the beneficiary or would you recommend using the petitioner's credit card/check?

I am so happy I saw this recent post. I am in the USA currently filling my i485 well I did my i130 But apparently I was supposed to do them both. Now after months of waiting the NVC contacted me saying something about visa approval. Now on the i485 they In part 3 asked if you ever applied for an immigrant visa to obtain permanent resident status. What should I do or answer.
