I loved the fact that the video was only 4 mins long and in the meantime explained all the important stuff.
I, for a long time, have had the habbit  of doomscrolling for around 30 mins in the morning after waking up. I am going to try this and see what happens.

Thankfully meditation can start simple. Just don't touch social media 'til you're dressed and ready for the day. Let your brain do its thing in the quiet, but keep your main focus on each step of that daily prep.
