Hoping to see a Judd Ronnie final, but it’s fantastic to see Williams still going at it so well! I’m not from the Commonwealth and have only been watching for about 10 years, but it’s great that the maximum age of competitive play keeps rising! Means we get more time Higgins and the Rocket, my favorites.

If you want to judge how well Williams is playing, consider that in the first 7 frames Judd Trump's highest break is only 52. That's what I'd call containment. If you want to judge how well Trump is playing, consider that in spite of being contained in scoring, Judd has won 4 of the first 7.

Mark and Judd had a bad day, hope they can get in the groove again. They were both playing great, but its hard to go through a two week tournament in great form. I think there's a lot riding on this too, Mark would love to equal John Higgins 4 wins, Judd desperately wants his second.
