You make a great point. I am 3 months into the carnivore diet and I thought I would eventually get sick of eating steaks all the time. I have to tell you - I LOOK FORWARD TO IT - EVERY DAY! It has to be the reprogramming of the taste buds - and also my body simply just craves it. It just tastes so damn good! I am 51, have more energy than I had in my 30s and 40s, kicked the high pressure meds to the curb, my hypothyroidism is cured, so kicked the Synthroid to the curb for good. My testosterone has more than quadrupled (it was EXTREMELY LOW before I started, started at 150 now over 600 ng) and Mr. Happy works better than he ever did. :-) I lost over 12 lbs, and still dropping - I can really feel it in my clothes. My mental state is so focused, no more brain fog and I can think so clearly and logically now. My stress has dissipated - I am so calm - after being erratic and stressed out all of the time. Meal prepping is a synch - cleaning up afterwards even more so. This is the way that we are supposed to eat - for our bodies to work at an optimal level - go carnivore - you won't regret it!

Hi Max, love your videos, keep them coming. I finally figured out my extreme fatigue, headaches and dizziness. Salt! The electrolytes were not doing for me what plain salty water was. Such great energy now. Got down to 128 lbs. but jumped back up to 130 in two days. Still only 2 meat meals a day, not hungry at all, no cravings ( except ribeye) Hopefully the workouts are helping build muscle. Of the 87 days of research on carnivore, your videos have answered all my questions and more. Thank you! 🙏
Another great video with excellent information. I’ve been carnivore for almost a year and have experienced many health benefits, but the most underrated benefit I’ve experienced is the freedom from cravings! Such a wonderful feeling!

I lost 45 pounds (all I really needed to lose) on keto 3 years ago, Nearly a year ago I decided to try carnivore for its simplicity of keeping carbs as low as possible. Four months ago I started to resistance training and during that time I regained 20 pounds but my waist size remained the same. I think most of the weight gain is lean muscle mass which is much needed for a senior citizen because at age 72 I am in no way frail. When I started doing push-ups, I could do 5, now I'm up to 50 each set.
I appreciate how you lean towards a fitness life style. I'm 57 but enjoy bodybuilding as a hobby. There's not enough content for the carnivore fitness enthusiast. Most bodybuilding gurus say fat adapted isnt great for a body builder. Thanks for all you do.
There are dozens, or maybe hundreds, of Carnivore Diet channels on YouTube, but still, yours is helpful because of its back-to-basics approach.
At 33 I finally feel at peace by eating carnivore, I had all sort of mental issues like food addiction, as you mentioned. I have experienced so many unexpected benefits I wish I had discovered it earlier. Awesome content, keep it up!
