Hi Kensiya, Thank you for all videos that help me step by step how to fill out all forms to petition my in laws while in the U.S. Her green card just came in to the mail 2 weeks ago and total of 5 months from submitted forms. Hi Kseniya, thank you very much for videos related to I-485, as they're very detailed. While collecting documents to apply for Adjustment of Status for DV lottery, I have found the following information regarding a document I have to submit: "If derivative applicants are filing Form I-485 based on the principal applicant’s Selection Letter, you must provide evidence that the principal applicant included the derivative applicants in the entry when entering the DV lottery for the current fiscal year." Frankly speaking, I have no idea what it means since DV entry itself did not allow to download the entire Application, and on submission confirmation page my wife is not mentioned. Probably you have an idea what are they mentioning? Appreciate your help.

If you have an approval prior to 1997 (might be 2001) you might be able to gain greencard by claiming 245I which forgives working unauthorized and entering without inspection.
