Fort Wayne local here! I have a strong sense of justice and a long memory. I can't wait to campaign against Judge Gull in 2026. Best believe I'll make it one of my special interests. π
"Tonight I'll try not to make this a super-long stream." Five hours later.... PS - I love these long videos. Thank you for this, you are doing amazing work.
So basically, if he didnβt phone and tell the police he had been out there that day, he would never have been regarded as a suspect and later arrested.
You make me feel like i was actually IN the courtroom! Brilliant job, Andrea. Your detailed descriptions literally made me close my eyes and feel as though i was right there. Bravo, Chica! πππππππ
Your ability to share this trial is a beautiful thing. You tell this nightmare with legal insight and loving compassion. Bringing light to the details most would miss. Love your lives!! β€
I love listening to this very intelligent, very fair-minded person. A breath of fresh air in the legal swamp.
To arrest, jail, psychologically abuse, forcefully medicate and monitor 24 hrs a day without a judgement or sentence is the greatest evil ive ever seen by a state power. 1984 is here!
2:07:25 mins..π Yes!! God bless you,Mendi, and our gang of other "Line Sitters" π I've been commenting on nearly every video here,as well as Lawyer Lee's..that our Line Sitters are the unsung heros of this Trial. These Ladies simply could not be in Trial all day taking notes, bring us a Live each night filling us in..and,then still have a couple hours to sleep π«€ it just wasn't possible. Line Sitters are a huge part of getting us access to this Courtroom..π We love you,we appreciate you,and we'll not forget what you're doing for us!!
Thank you for covering this. I absolutely cannot watch the state of Indiana and the "justice" system doing this to an American citizen.π’
Thank you Andrea. I came over here from GTC and I'm so glad I did. You've really helped open my eyes and gain a new appreciation of defense attorneys and why their role in the justice system is so important. I'm in the UK so we don't generally get to see a lot of court cases and pretty much all reporting, if any, is done by MSM, which I do not care for at all. I may look into whether my local court allows the public in to observe proceedings as I think it would very interesting to see first hand how it all works. My psychology degree has been on the back burner as I'm busy caring for my 2 autistic children but I have a renewed fire in me to continue from listening to your coverage. Get lots of rest while you can, big hugs from across the pond β€
I am disturbed by the fact that some reporters took upon themselves to peek at Brad Rozzi laptop to see those videos and later reported on them. Peeking at defence laptops to later disclose what you see on them is not allowed, and you would think that reporters would know that, especially the chosen group that has special privileges from Gull. This reporters should be kicked out from courtroom permanently, I just hope that Gull won't use it to kick out everyone. And the most ironic part? The reporter that did that is the same reporter that alerted Gull to the fact that members of the public were also viewing the evidence "reserved for media". This reporter doeant care about reporting the truth, they care about getting the scoop. This trial exposes who represents the worst qualities for their profession. Whether it is police, wardens, psychologists or now reporters (and I include Nancy Grace in this hall of disgrace)
Itβs hypocritical to me how so many seem to be saying they wouldnβt confess under those same conditions no matter what (camera surveillance 24/7, lights on 24/7, having someone constantly checking on you every 15mins, hearing violent prisoners & guards yell at you 24/7, being shackled & walked on a leash, no freedom of choice or movement, no ability to talk to people you can trust, no human contact or connection, very little fresh air, etc for 13 months) yet those same people complain about the pandemic lockdown when they did have freedom of moment in their homes & outside to get groceries & fresh air, could call people without being monitored, had their trusted bubble for human interaction, could sleep with the lights off etc. I mean, he lasted longer than I would have. And Iβm an introvert whoβs social battery wears out in an hour.
1h42m discussing the days events and giving us some supplimentary information re the types of content that cannot be shared with the public, then 3h24m responding to all the superchats instead of taking advantage of some chill time or early bed. You are very dedicated and clearly care about your audience and worth every penny donated
I can't get over that this trial isn't allowed to be televised. Huge π©π©π© Thank you Andrea!!
Thank you for this detailed description. This gives me hope that this jury a) is getting the full picture of the circumstances of the confessions and b) understands the context better.
Thank you Andrea! We appreciate you shining a light on this and bringing the facts against the Judge trying to keep it all private! You're awesome!
Stay strong, you are doing a great job.
Hi Andrea My daughter and I are watching you and your inside every night even though we are 6 hours difference, sometimes we stay late, sometimes we are on the rewatch crew. We are from Macedonia π²π° Thank you π
I watched the live until the wee hours of the morning...now watching replay. The way you present Andrea, is amazing. I never feel irritation like I regularly do in other lives. Thank you π
