I was asked twice in a job interview if I had a criminal record, twice I answered no (truthfully). My question at end of interview was, "Do you have a criminal record?" I didn't get the job.
What is it the top performing employees do in this company to achieve Success? Is there any further information I can read to learn more about this company while I wait to find out the results of my interview? Can you tell me more about the team I'll be a part of in this role?

1st question really gave the highest paid official a shock and i was offered the job instantly in 2019.
About question 3, the interviewer though expects the candidate to have a reasonable amount of information before applying for the job or appearing on the interview. Reasonable question might be to ask what other learning benefits would I get beside the salary and other explicite benefits.?
