Would you think there is a possibility for coral bleaching to be a normal selective seasonal event, happening every few years with different degrees of severity driven by currents or such?
If not, what would be the reason why it happens so sporadically? I mean, if the global warming is the main reason why, it should happen very often and also prevent recovery, right? Because the global warming doesn't stop progressing. It should get worse every day that goes by. What would be the best explanation, please?

Also, what is that huge Acropora seen at 3:42? A. hyacinthus?
