Jameis Winston is a skilled quarterback, and all NFL players have talent in their respective positions. Unfortunately, Sanders lacks this talent. Even without pads, he tends to hold onto the ball for too long. He is currently playing against players of lower skill levels. We will only be able to determine his true potential over time.
