I found the same . It was a most unintelligent tool (if that is what its supposed to be). I had to correct it numerous times (regarding specific medical ingredients) and even provided it specific official website information to retrieve the correct answers. It continuously "apologised" etc. So I asked it for its specific main sources of information gathering. At first it refused to disclose them saying it was "commercially sensitive", so I pushed harder...It then revealed it basically just uses Google etc. Intelligent my a$$
