Most of the beginners might have a confusion regarding what is IMAGE which Harry bhai is repeating multiple times. So those who don't know what is docker image or any other image , just imagine you created one VM Instance by defining some ram, cpus, memory and multiple things more now if you are said to create one another VM Instance using same specs which you used while creating above Instance. So this will be a repeating task and you might won't  remember what all specs you used while creating first instance. So basically you will create one image of first Instance which will have all the information of specs of first Instance and you will use that image to create multiple different Instance and if you want to modify current Instance then you modify that too.
Hope this might help some folks.
