Finished The Great Hunt this week, didn't expect to enjoy it as much as i did! The start was a little slow but once it got going, i really vibed with it. I also liked the characters a lot more this time too, Lolial is someone i find infinitely charming.

The fact that Marvel recast Robert Downey Jr as a villain is killingggg me. There are other actors out there! He already has the biggest role in the MCU! Why?!! 😭😭

I enjoyed Black Mouth. I've gone through almost all of Ronald Malfi's work (novels, at least) and I really like his stuff. Currently going through Cradle Lake, and it's clearly very influenced by Pet Semetary, but I'm really liking it.

Buffy is one of my favorite shows of all time too. Can't have a Buffy show without Sara Michelle Geller. The book last year wasn't that great but it was wonderful to hear everyone's voices again. I loved Ren and Stimpy!!!

If you want more Ronald Malfi, I highly recommend "The Night Parade". It's really good and has apocalyptic, The Last Of Us vibes.
