Great post. This won't necessarily make it easier to get into Google, but this will add some well needed certainty to the process. So many well known YouTubers got through the HC only to not be able to secure a team match. Thats worse than getting rejected during the technical rounds imo and I would be dejected.

They should cancel the rounds which ask DSA questions to experienced engineers. For recent college grads it’s ok. Does not make sense to ask toy problems to people with 10 year experience.
