SCP Doctor: The Rubber is an SCP, how have we not noticed it before! He is an informant style of SCP that knows all SCPs. Is stuck on YouTube despite efforts to delete and is a nightmare for the SCP foundation because he releases classified information to the public if found on the platform. He even pops in and out of the foundation at will from time to time and only noticed after his appearance. As if some unknown force messes with his surroundings to warp the perception and actions of the situation.
