@Zaneirth

Black Iron Man already exists. War Machine deserved a show before this character.

@Lochlann13

"I want to build something iconic"

Builds a direct copy of someone else's iconic invention

@ShadyDoorags

"The Iron Man suit is a literal icon."
"It will be... when it fits a girlboss."

@somewhereupthere785

Remember the kid from Iron Man 3? The one with the potato gun? Now that would have been a good story. Imagine that kid spends the next decade building and tinkering in his garage, him and Tony keeping in touch, guiding him through technical ideas, maybe even inspiring Tony sometimes. He would have been a great Ironheart.

In male superhero movies, the hero goes through an arch that forces them to overcome their flaws and weaknesses. In female superhero movies, the world is forced to go through an arch to overcome its flaws and weakness to realize the wonder of the her-o.

@sdfried4877

Iger was wise to conceal her from us.

Now his failure is complete.

@paulanderson771

The whole press tour is "She's not an Iron Man ripoff because we said so." lol

@ES21007

If the "cave in a box of scraps" argument isn't good enough, look at Iron Man 3. When Tony has to infiltrate a mansion without his suit, he cobbles together a makeshit arsenal using nothing but groceries. And during his escape, he only gets PARTS of his suit, being stuck with nothing but an arm and a leg part.

Like IM3 says, take away his money, his suits, and everything else he has, it doesn't matter. Tony IS Iron Man.

A hobbiest blacksmith here. They used the cheapest harbor freight anvil they could. It's a 55 pound piece of trash that's best used as a door stop.

@TheWarmachine375

Riri Williams: "I want to build something iconic!"

Also Riri Williams: steals the Iron Man Armor schematics to make her one herself

@pedroam7218

"Obnoxious teenage girls that are inexplicably amazing at technology"... so deeply true... and I would add bossy without merit

@xenochrist15

“Re-re” was the polite way we used call each other stupid when we were kids 😂

@Tigurai

"The suit is literally perfection"
"It will be when it fits a woman" ahhh energy

@Tacti_cat

"If you are nothing without the suit you don't deserve it" I don't care what the show runners want me to believe. We had multiple examples of Tony's ingenuity and ability to adapt his skills on the fly, without his money or his suit of armor.

They didn't need to constantly remind the audience of how great and awesome he was. We could see it with our very eyes.

@Nickle_King

"But but but! In the comics, Riri and Tony were friiieeeends! So it's ok!"

Ya, well. In the movies, Tony is deeeeeaaaaad! So that's irrelevant!

@jordanreed5866

My favorite part was making the wires spark in an enclosed space filled with an unknown gas.

@allanobol7983

Iron heart: Im Better than you!!!
Tony Stark: Not a great plan

@Lyrikle

On the subject of her saying that Tony had infinitely better resources than her, which makes her acomplishments more "remarkable", let's not forget that her accomplishments are entiely built off of the back of Tony's.

@ereini0n

A show that didn't need to exist for an audience that never did.

@bobbobson8539

My grandmother always said, I don’t care what they told you in school, Iron Man is a black woman
