I don't recall how a classified document that was only available to be viewed in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, that I didn't have permission to even have the document in my possession outside of the SCIF came to be in the front of a notebook I kept in a drawer. Yeah, and Sandy Berger has no idea how classified documents came to be in his socks when he was leaving a SCIF . . .
