Turning off water doesnt allow 10 people to break thru a wall, a door & out a loading dock unnoticed for 8hours. He could very well have been scared for his life.... I dont believe the difference between them being incarcerated and free was the water being turned off If he unlocked doors, gave weapons, keys, or tools I'd believe He was more involved DUDE MADE 33YRS WITH NO RECORD, NO GANG TIES, NO DISCIPLINARY INFRACTIONS AT WORK TO DO THIS
