I stopped all processed foods on 1-1-2021 and I’ve lost 117 lbs to date. Easiest weight loss I’ve ever experienced in my life! No bread, no sugar, no soy...I switched to an anti inflammatory diet halfway through. Love how I feel now!!

It took 6 months of low carb eating to change my taste for sugar. It IS possible. I stopped eating traditional bread, sugar and starches like rice, potatoes. I do eat fruit occasionally but that's it. I dropped 42lbs in those 6 months. I feel SO much better.

I am from the Netherlands. I visited America several times and indeed the food with you guys is way worse but some sooooo yummy. I was guilty of iHop and Applebee's ribs. But if you love healthy stuff try this simple healthy parsley pesto: 15 grams of parsley (bit more is ok like 25gr as I noticed) 70 grams of walnuts 1 clove of garlic (can do two) 50 grams of Parmesan-cheese 1 lemon (grater) 100 ml olive oil (crucial to have very good pure (not mixed crap) quality as it will conclude the taste) ½ teaspoon chili flakes pepper and salt Just mix this all in a smoothie mixer. Voilà. For on bread or toast.

I'm retired. I worked for the Department of Corrections for 30 years. Nobody was exposed to more covid than I was. Not event a New York City Hospital! We had a covid outbreak. I had almost 600 positive cases... (including my live in girlfriend) I'm on the carnivore diet. Almost every body around me got covid except me (knock on wood!!) I contribute this to high vitamin D, Fresh air, no carbs, saturated fat.

Dr Casey Means is so very smart, and passionate about getting the message out. I've listened to a lot of her videos, and they are highly motivating. As a biochemist, it's a breath of fresh air to hear her going down to the biochemical cellular functions, and how an unhealthy diet affects the cells. Good job, Casey.
