They are giving some medicine to animals which make them fat on half calories, I wonder if that chemical gets fully metabolized or does it get into human food.

I eat about 800 to 1000g of carbs per day, about 200g pro and 50g fat... I can assure you that you do not crave any type of junk food in the least.

There has to be some kind of restriction. Look at nature. Why you see all those healthy lean animals without any metabolic syndrome etc.? Because they burn insane amount of calories and because they are often hungry.. If you get animal abundance of food even good food for them and you don't force them to move their body what you start to see? Obese animals like cats, dogs. They would have the same problems like we do.. Btw guys you are restricting calories as well. By having much smaller list of foods that you eat it is much harder to eat excess of calories on daily basis. Like I don't eat dairy and gluten and seed oils. Just that alone prevents me form having regular meals from fasts foods where I would get 2000kcal meal easily.. So you are not so different from carnivore or low fat vegans for example.. You avoid by default  the biggest calories sources of most people. I would like to know your real numbers how many calories you guys burn and how many are you eating. Yeah you don't count calories, but like I said with this no PUFA, no this no that I think the number of calories will be somewhat low.. Maybe 3000-3500kcal max which is far from "wow this Ray Peat diet works so amazing I can't eat as much fruit, saturated fats as possible and I don't gain weight". In fact people who could eat A LOT even on Ray Peat style of diet they eneded up obese with fatty liver etc.. So like I said even you guys are the example of calorie restriction is a must for good health.. If I learned something about our body it is the fact that the body does much better with little less than with little more.. That is simply from our long evolution where you had to burn a lot of calories to get maybe the same amount that you just burned and if you could eat in abundance like some bear or something it was before the winter. So you can survive a long time with almost no food.. But today there is no winter for us. Uber eats works 24/7 whole year and so therefore we simply need to have some self discipline like you guys have to not eat fries and donuts fried in vegetable oils etc.. So pls stop making fun of other dietary approaches, because you are one of them... Btw what I would like to know when you don't have any fruit or anything that you eat around, but you could eat some chips fried in sunflower oil or whatever that you know that there is a lot if oxidized seed oils etc.. would you eat that junk or would you fast? I would fast and I think you would to. Because you know very well that that's better for our body..
