you have helped me sooooo much. i found you in 2021 and my life has changed!!! i have, unfortunately been having episodes of atrial fibrillation and am trying to find information on healing it naturally instead of having to take medications or having an ablation. i would love to hear your thoughts on this subject and if we can heal it naturally <3 thanks for all you do!!!

Dr Mindy please can you do a video on how to lower the cholesterol and LDL rises associated with menopause , how to change the diet and exercises etc. With the menopause , without any changes in the diet lifestyle , the cholesterol and LDL go up ! And even fasting hasn’t brought them down ! Thanks

Dr . Mindy, I just ordered your book Eat like a Girl. The important thing I’m looking for is for post menopause women in 50s how to keep their adrenal and cortisol stress under control while fasting. We don’t have a cycle. I’m not insulin resistance. I’m achieved my weight goal. But my not sure it’s harmones cortisol or adrenal stress driving me crazy. My naturopath don’t want me to do intermittent fasting. She is right in a sense that when I go back to my eating style mean more carbs everything calms down and no more panic and shakiness. But I don’t want to go back to my old eating style as I’m off my BP and pantraprazole pills. I’m feeling healthy but not from hormones side. I’m all over the place can’t work, I’m always shaky. Any suggestion Dr Mindy ? Please more info on post menopause women. Thank You
