This was my world religion professor!! I loved his class and learned so much on how to learn from other religions and be open-minded about how their practices help me be a better Latter-day Saint.

I love your channel

@scojar4733

Great content, love it! Perhaps no music though, it’s distracting 😊

@dconrad4235

That is a great perspective. I think it adds more context that Joseph Smith explains that John wrested the keys from the high priest in Jerusalem, and that John was the last person in the flesh to have the keys of the Aaronic priesthood. That’s why he was the one that needed to restore them.

@anelderinisrael

When Christ said that John was more than a prophet, he was saying John was an Elias (a forerunner) for the first coming of Jesus, just as Joseph Smith is an Elias for the second coming. In my opinion.

No music please. It's very distracting to me with my hearing disability and your lessons mean so much. They are such a blessing to me and help in my struggle to live the Gospel. Thank you for making things clearer and dearer. ❤

John was also the last prophet under the law of Moses. He straddled the dispensations.
