Explanation: The robot was actually commanded to stand by itself so thats why it was tied with a rope but when it started doing the command it malfunctioned because the robot was not commanded that it was tied up with rope on its head it was only commanded to balance by itself and the robot notice it was tied upto something and it acted wierdly
