I used to live in Augusta, Georgia back in the late 1970s. I understand what you are saying, sister. No worries. As for allies, you have some, but they are useless. Some only realize it and speak out about it with concern behind closed doors, no outreach. You have allies, but they are weak and ineffective. Just stay safe. I am aware of Jim Crow Laws and all that stuff. I lived in the South, I know.

Another thing that's sad is, a lot of our black woman are tought to be so into this swilling thing, that all it takes is for a white man to just wink his eye at a sister and she's just goo goo gaa gaa for the white master. This could have been the case in this incident. Wanting so badly to please the other man and willing to open there legs for them, may have cost this woman her life.

In the late 1940's Klansman " Itchy Trigger Finger " Nash, while on his job as an Atlanta police officer, killed 13 black people in Atlanta and nobody's even heard of him. December 1981,45 miles away from Atlanta in Social Circle Georgia, a black man named Lynn McKinley Jackson was found hanging from a tree and his death was ruled a suicide. A few months later in April 1982, a black man named Frederick York was found hanging from a tree in downtown Atlanta and his death was also ruled a suicide. Looks like downplaying and covering up racially motivated killings continues on in the Atlanta area until this day.
